Care and Use:

• Do not fill the tank with hot or boiling water. Use only cold, non-carbonated drinking water.
• Do not remove the filter portafilter from the dispensing unit when coffee is being dispensed.
• To obtain high-quality coffee, it is important that the water hardness does not exceed 6-7°f (French degrees).
• Wash the dispensing unit, the filters, and the portafilter on a daily basis.
• Do not use alkaline cleaners, solvents, or aggressive substances to clean the body of the machine. Clean it with a cloth dampened in lukewarm water.
