Shipping methodsWe usually use ACS courier services offering door-to-door or ACS delivery. It is also possible to receive the order through our own distribution network. ORDERS OVER €100 – FREE SHIPPING For any order over €100, shipping is free with no extra charge to the customer. ORDERS UNDER €100 – SHIPPING CHARGE For every order under €100, shipping costs vary according to volume and weight. The cost is calculated automatically based on the shipping company’s price list for products shipped via ACS Courier.

Return of non-defective products – The consumer’s right of withdrawal without reason
After the shipment/receipt of the Goods and if you are a natural person (consumer) making the sale for personal use, then you can return the sold Goods free of charge (excluding shipping and return costs which you bear fully) and without being obliged to notify us of the reason why you wish to return the Goods, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods. The above right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the price of the Goods has been paid at our physical store and at the same time received from a said physical store, as the sale is not remote.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (withdrawal is not possible, and return is not allowed):
1) For damages caused during transport.
2) For damages caused when opening the package or using the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.
Only under the following conditions will returns be strictly accepted:
1) The product is in its original excellent condition. Our store manager will carry out the check.
2) The product packaging has not been damaged or soiled but is in excellent condition.
3) The product is returned in safe wrapping to avoid damage during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the transit of the product.
4) The package should contain the original quantity, not part of it.
5) All the documents accompanying the product must be returned intact, along with the product,
The refund is issued the same way as the payment by the respective customer.
Return of defective products – Liability
The Company takes every possible measure so that all Goods (regardless of type) are wrapped with special care to reach you without damage. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused during the transportation of the products, as the exclusive responsibility is the respective carrier (Post Office-Courier-Transport company).
You have the right to return the purchased products and request a replacement in cases of proven company fault, incorrect, or defective sold products without additional transport costs.
The color rendering may not be accurate, or there may be a deviation from the final product.
